Everyone knows smoking is bad for you, and if you are in the process of trying to quit then you are well aware that there are patches, pills and gums that provide a nicotine high. However if you have ever tried those things before then you know they don’t work.
The reason why they don’t work is because part of your addiction is strictly mental. Those patches, pills and gums only cover the “chemical” part of your addiction.
